The project scope included the design of a 56-acre commercial subdivision and site design for a new $10.8M, 133,000 SF Internal Revenue Service (IRS) national distribution facility on one of the subdivision lots, as well as the extension of a trunk sanitary sewer to serve the new development. CES Group’s work scope included boundary and topographic surveying, annexation platting, construction staking, traffic study, site design, and the preparation of construction plans and specifications. Subdivision design included streets, utilities, community storm water management, erosion control, and a 1-mile trunk sanitary sewer extension. Design of the IRS facility included site geometrics, grading, utility systems, storm water management, erosion control, parking and access drives, as well as permitting and coordination with the architect and owner.

CES Group managed this project and completed all civil design and surveying functions, as well as preparation of preliminary and final construction plans and specifications and permitting.
