Lincoln County, NC School Additions


These projects consisted of additions at two middle schools, one high school and one elementary school, including classrooms, cafeteria, athletic fields, parking facilities, access drives and utilities. CES Group’s scope & design elements included site layout and design, grading, storm water management, erosion control, slope stability, utility systems, and ADA compliance.  Site and drainage improvement design was completed at a second Lincoln County high school.  

CES Group worked as the civil engineering sub-consultant to the project architect, and also provided liaison and professional engineering services directly to the school district, at the direction of the district’s Executive Director of Facilities. Site grading at East Lincoln Middle School involved approximately 17 acres and 50,000 CY of cut, with a balanced earthwork requirement.
