Established in May, 2019, the CES Columbia, SC Regional Office is on the move. With its work progressing on a number of SCDOT and other public and private projects, CES was recently certified by the City of Columbia as a Columbia Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (CDBE), while also being approved as a Protégé firm under the City’s Mentor-Protégé Program. Tom Cannarella, PE, LEED AP, is the CES Columbia Regional Manager, with Dan Bonenfant, PLS, overseeing Columbia Regional land surveying projects.

CES is delighted to announce an expansion of our offering enabled by the acquisition of CMW Design Strategies, PLLC, and the arrival of Augustine Wong, PLA. Augustine, or Auggie as many friends and clients know him, is joining forces with CES to lead our newly created Design Services Division, which provides landscape architecture, urban design and transportation enhancement services, as well as comprehensive civil engineering design and construction administration services.

The CES Geomatics Division is featured in Point of Beginning Magazine, highlighting our extensive work at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

NCDOT’s 26-mile I-77 HOT Lanes, the state’s first P3 project, will be completed in late 2020, with CES having provided environmental, land surveying and civil engineering services as a prime consultant to the design-build contractor for the past 5+ years.
