CES Group completed the civil engineering and site design for a new racquet, swim and fitness club for an existing golf club and residential community located in Denver, North Carolina.

With a construction budget of $3.2 Million on a 5-acre site, the design encompassed a two-level clubhouse, 8 tennis courts (with expansion capability to 14 courts), swimming pool, parking areas, access drives, walkways and retaining walls.

CES Group's scope included grading, storm water management, erosion control, slope stabilization, and utilities in the preparation of final construction plans and specifications, as well as permitting and construction administration.
