Description
CES engineers managed this project and completed all layout and design functions. The scope of services included preliminary and final plan preparation for a thirty-six (36)-lot addition to a residential subdivision. Urban section roadways with curb and gutter, sidewalks and underground utilities were included in the design. Final plans and specifications were prepared by CES personnel. The scope of services provided included land subdivision and the securing of local government agency approvals.
