Description
CES completed preliminary and final designs and prepared construction plans and specifications for site layout geometrics, grading, utility systems, storm water management, erosion control, parking, and access drives, as well as permitting and coordination with the architect, land surveyor, general contractor and owner. Planning site grading for future expansion of the facility was also included. CES engineers managed this project and completed all design functions. Preliminary and final construction plans and specifications were prepared by CES personnel.
