Description
These projects were completed by CES Group personnel, in compliance with the ASTM Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA) standard, or extended scope criteria. Two (2) of the site assessments included an asbestos survey of existing on-site structures. Each of the projects was completed as part of property acquisition due diligence, prior to design and construction of a new retail facility. Reports were prepared that outlined due diligence procedures and conditions, including the review of standard historical sources, review of government agency records, personal interviews, and site reconnaissance.
