Description
CES Group’s work scope included design and the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site layout geometrics, grading, drainage, utility systems, storm water detention, parking and access drives, as well as easement preparation, permitting, and coordination with the architect, land surveyor, general contractor and owner. CES engineers managed this project and completed all design functions. Preliminary and final construction plans and specifications were prepared by CES personnel. The scope of services provided included securing an ingress/egress easement and obtaining government agency approvals from Lincoln County, the North Carolina Department of Environment & Natural Resources (NCDENR) and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT).
